What's the best way to keep 1,000+ follow lists up to date? Use case: For each user Get their follow list If a person on their follow list starts a live stream Push notify the user Am I putting through a sub for kind 3 lists where author = a list of 1,000 pubkeys? Or batch into n subs? Or polling regularly? Feels like these queries get pretty big. Are we best to sub all kind 3s and wash against a list internally? #asknostr @Linz Crowe
