Gave a shamanic body work session today... Person was already in deep process and the body revealed lots of layers needing release and transmutation. This type of work takes a lot and yet after it today and after quite a long time since I have given one of these, I am almost hearing a calling that I should be giving them quite more often. They are quite special in the right setting and container. And I am feeling people need this more than ever at present. I am really feeling for all of us holding so much accumulated trauma, anscestral weight and wounds, as well as the intense pressures of our current times and the future all of it in our bodies.

I was Scandinavian today at the store. Saw a woman I probably hadn't ran into for 4 years... Didn't feel like reconnecting. She was literally in front of me at the cash register...

Stumbled across top 5 hip camp in the world (2022, 2023 possibly 2025) on my walk to catch the sunset. 500 k acres of protected land in front, no ambient light... Met the owner. Told me he's had this land longer than I've been born... 46 years. He thought I was younger than 41. He was 27 when he acquired it. Super cool cat. Has had 10 - 1k plus people concerts here the last few decades, including all the rock n roll hall of Fame... Sent me an invite to a concert coming up in July with a couple musician traveling from Scotland. Had us make a wish as the sun was setting. I did. 💫 Met his wife the other day on another walk... She's just completed end of life "death doula" training. A path I feel connected to. Part of what called me to take care of my grandmother including my love for her in the last chapter of her life. They are building a serenity cabin for caretakers reprieve on the land.
