🚨 PSA for Bitcoiners on Blake2b. The psychopaths on Shacoin keep saying they won and that we’re irrelevant, yet they don’t seem to be able to leave us alone. A new spam attack is currently being launched. They even made a website to streamline and scale the process:

This is what happens when a community pulls in the same direction. Bitcoin on Blake2b is money, mining here is decentralised, and the node runners are relentless when faced with threats and attacks. We don’t debate for months or years about what is spam, who’s a bad actor, or whether Bitcoin should be money or a general-purpose blockchain. BIP-110 had consensus. Most Bitcoiners simply didn’t have the teeth to rally behind it. You won’t separate money from the state with this attitude, my fellow shacoiners. That much I’m quite sure of.

I’m working on a guide that teaches you how to safely split your XBT from BTC coins. It’s currently in the proofreading stage, and I’ll probably release it in a couple of days. In the meantime, you better start syncing your Knots 29.4.2 node. It can be a pruned node (40 GB of free disk space), but you’ll still need one.
