This past year, I’ve focused on yoga, jiu jitsu, and functional training like handstands, pull ups, and pushups, but I went surfing yesterday and it was really fun. I am that perfect amount of sore where I can go again today but feeling really like it was a great workout. I love activities that strengthen my back and shoulders while opening up my chest. I’m excited to add it to my arsenal and improve as the years pass. Shoutout to @paul keating for continuously pushing me to give it more chances.
