No phone. No stimulation. No people.
Treat it like brushing your teeth. It’s a non-negotiable.
Mental hygiene matters just as much as physical hygiene.
Just bought my first surfboard ever. Never thought I’d never get into it, but after going 20 times this year, it’s really fun.

Made a rule for myself to have zero phone use between 8pm and 8am for 2026 and it’s been amazing for sleep quality and morning nervous system regulation.
No blue light at night is a major win and in the morning, movement + breath + meditation + gentle sunlight is the way.
Highly recommend.
