I’m making a Stop Doing list for 2026. 1. Scrolling on my phone after dinner. I’m going to have a better year if I simply do Doing this leads to waking up earlier, which leads to getting to my desk earlier, which leads to not missing a workouts because the day “gets away from me.” And when I head to the track for track practice I’ll be fully engaged with the athletes and not stressed that I didn’t get in a full day of work. So far this app has been helpful:

GM 😀👊☕️ I had a wonderful moment during my 21 min of meditation. Memories of a friend who died 30ish years ago popped up and I laughed out loud at one of them. He pulled off the “roommate switch.” He went from dating one coed to dating her roommate soon after, and the first young woman was happy for both her roommate and my buddy. He was far from a ladies man - or so we thought - and we were shocked when he was able to pull this off so elegantly. It was awesome. Really nice way to start the day. 😊 Have a great day. #coffeechain
