So I think I found out there is a such thing as too much garlic. Been proofing this bread for ~20 hours and I think the anti-microbial properties of the garlic and rosemary killed my sourdough Been doing herbed bread for a while and this is the first time i went overboard and killed the ferment

I always get emotional and a little depressed around holiday times. So happy holidays to all of you out there, especially the ones who might not be having the best time right about now. I hope you find family, chosen or otherwise that can bring you peace during these times.

When you forget one thing at the store, but it's insanely critical, so you have to go back immediately, even though you just got home. Gonna kick myself in the ass the entire way back there 🤣
