I am a Compulsive Gambler and former professional poker player online since I lost all my teeth to bad mental health. Gamble free since 2017. A few months later found bitcoin, then I purchased some satoshi in 2018. Did a 180, got rid of everthing from the gambling days. Now using linux, skincare, niche fragrances, wet shaving, better fitting clothes, carnivore, metal genre \m/ and running. Bitcoin saved my life and I'm Bitcoin only.

I'm aiming to be strict carnivore now. I'm running 5 days per week and strength training 2 days per week with 2x 10kg dumbbells. With two days of full rest, since I'm in my 40s, and I have aches and pains to rest up. They are getting less and less due to my increased fitness. Got 2x 16kg kettlebells coming... I use Creatine Monohydrate daily, and Beef Collagen daily. Should these two be dropped on strict carnivore? I'd appreciate your thoughts on this topic.

Got a challenge in a few days. Out of town for a day. Breakfast is sorted. Dinner isnt for strict carnivore. Might need to find beef jerky. Ordered some beef biltong - similar. Got my eyes on beef protein bars as well. These are for running and eating ideas. Will work for dinner meals. Could take my bone broth + beef collagen to aid me out.

Doing 5 runs a week with 1 long run, 1 tempo run, 2 easy runs and 1 recovery run. Then 2 strength training per week. Monday and Friday off to rest. One more month of this , then ; Back to back Long Runs start on Saturday and Sunday. Plan; Monday Rest; Tuesday Tempo run 6 hour gap then strength training; Wednesday Easy run; Thursday Easy run, 6 hour gap then strength training; Friday Rest; Saturday Long Run; Sunday Recovery Run. I'm aiming to increase distance every 3 weeks, then the 4th week is Deload week. Repeat like that. Week before race is auto Deload week, then Taper race week.

4 weeks back running. 2 weeks back strength training with 10kg dumbbells. 2 days back being strict carnivore. Aiming to run ultra distance end of September on trails - 46km. Got an intro 15km trail end of August to prepare. Mostly been carnivore for the past year. Got 2x 16kg kettlebells coming. Trial running gear coming.

Back running again. Easing into it with run/walk until I get better for endurance. 12 weeks to the 15km mountain race. Going to do that again. My time last year 1hr 56 minutes. Aiming to smash that time.

Back from a weekend of poker. The highlight being 200 euro 250k gtd. The Monster. Pool swelled to 324k. Finished 174th for 500, was in for 400. Top prize was 52k. Through my connection, got staked 40% in the 500. Finished 25th when 12 paid. The monster stack. Made a straight flush, insane rush of cards. Finished 30th when 21 paid. Overall -2 buyins. Close in all the events I played, on form. Results will come.

Just completed the mould for my Dentures. Series of appointments takes me into July. Nervous tingling and excitement there. Did leave off taste in my mouth, silicone mould. Long looking forward to being able to smile with my mouth open, take a bite of food, enjoy life. Being back to normal. And putting my Bitcoin to good use. A pretty penny the full cost. Got an estimate, so not putting any weight on that. Been years and years in the waiting.

Slight delay on starting the Dentures. Got a call from the dentist yesterday morning to cancel. Fell ill. Should be grand to go back tomorrow after two days rest for the dentist. Ahhhh, waiting on that "bite" of a burger. Waiting on that "bite" of a burrito. Will complete the overhaul of my life. Clear mind Reformed gambler Financially stable

For all those that are following me and followed my story. Quick overview is in the bio. Time has now arrived. On Tuesday I visit the dentist to start the procedure for Dentures. First the mould, second the receiving and fitting of them. Lightbulb moment. Years and years of not been able to chew. Years and years of being in my shell. Years and years of pain and mental health problems. All going to go away. Finally I can unleash the new and reborn me. The new me.
