Day 3 of strict carnivore went off the boil.
Had severe stomach cramps for 20-30 seconds on the bus.
Had a coffee, later in afternoon a scone.
Then my stomach and empty calmed down.
That was yesterday.
Away today, so decided to have scone butter jam with a coffee.
Now I know the stomach cramps due to carb craving, back to mostly carnivore currently.

I am a Compulsive Gambler and former professional poker player online since I lost all my teeth to bad mental health. Gamble free since 2017. A few months later found bitcoin, then I purchased some satoshi in 2018. Did a 180, got rid of everthing from the gambling days. I'm aiming to be strict carnivore now.
I'm running 5 days per week and strength training 2 days per week with 2x 10kg dumbbells.
With two days of full rest, since I'm in my 40s, and I have aches and pains to rest up. They are getting less and less due to my increased fitness.
Got 2x 16kg kettlebells coming...
I use Creatine Monohydrate daily, and Beef Collagen daily.
Should these two be dropped on strict carnivore?
I'd appreciate your thoughts on this topic.

Doing 5 runs a week with 1 long run, 1 tempo run, 2 easy runs and 1 recovery run.
Then 2 strength training per week.
Monday and Friday off to rest.
One more month of this , then ;
Back to back Long Runs start on Saturday and Sunday.
Plan;
Monday Rest;
Tuesday Tempo run 6 hour gap then strength training;
Wednesday Easy run;
Thursday Easy run, 6 hour gap then strength training;
Friday Rest;
Saturday Long Run;
Sunday Recovery Run.
I'm aiming to increase distance every 3 weeks, then the 4th week is Deload week.
Repeat like that.
Week before race is auto Deload week, then Taper race week.
4 weeks back running.
2 weeks back strength training with 10kg dumbbells.
2 days back being strict carnivore.
Aiming to run ultra distance end of September on trails - 46km.
Got an intro 15km trail end of August to prepare.
Mostly been carnivore for the past year.
Got 2x 16kg kettlebells coming.
Trial running gear coming.
Down in Dublin for the poker.

Turfed out of two of my four attempts at the main event.

Yesterday was on Guinness and Whiskey straight, what a hangover. Didn't want that two days in a row..


Just had a misstep with the taxi payment.
Started the taxi. Then added on card payment, only accepted cash.
Had not enough on me.
Taxi driver drove around for a while, looking for ATM.
Then we drove back, got atm.
And gave driver a little extra for the hassle
Haven't ran all week, nursing slight pain in left knee.
Felt fine this evening, taking it slow.
Doing 30 minutes of stretches before 6.45am, getting up at 6am every day now.
Means 10pm, to 11pm sleeping by.
All, so I can get a run in before work each day.
6 weeks tomorrow is the 15km mountain race challenge.
Will be running in the morning.
Free the mind.

1 chicken fillet.
1 glass raw milk.


Something different for dinner.

Current weight:
12 stone 12.1 lb, or 81.65 kg.
I track my weight every Sunday morning since 23rd April.
3 pounds off my lowest weight.
Of course missed last Sunday, was in Prague.

Guess my work lunch be ground beef and hard boiled eggs already cooked, with slices of ham.
