I found this out from my Super Brain Coach — Jim Kwik. Every time I am learning new things or even reading a book, writing is always my go-to to retain the information. It keeps you focus and recall things. It helps your comprehension, spelling and word phrasing. But the most important use of "writing" for me is "journaling and writing diary". It keeps you grounded, composed your unfiltered and raw emotions and reflect on the events. When those senses open up, it takes a lot of practice to even orient yourself with it. The world becomes very vivid, so colourful that sometimes it can be overwhelming. The strange part?
