This mornings workout. • Assault bike - 5 mins • Lateral banded walks - x 3 with heavy bands • Sled push - 50m x 4 @ 100kg • Trap bar deadlift with feet elevated to get more depth - 5 sets max lifts 130kg • Bulgarian split squat - 3 sets with 14kg DBs • Bodyweight dips - 4 sets with slow eccentric lowers • Standing calf raises - 3 sets Felt like a good sesh.
