Don’t use Swan!!! I have a lot of my Bitcoin trapped in a Swan IRA. I just learned about the process to transfer to a different broker, and it’s horrendous. First, Swan “doesn’t have any visibility” into the price I will get upon liquidation, and it will take 2-3 days. In other words they’ll just stick me with the worst possible price during my transfer window. On top of that, they charge a 0.99% fee to transfer. I have decided to once and for all abandon Coinbase, despite them seeming to have the lowest all-in fees for limit order purchases + withdrawals to self custody.
