i think because of the amount of theft involved with every major AI corporation, all of their data, by default, belongs to the people they stole it from.

@David II someone was telling me about a moss that grows in the low mountain areas of the puget sound basin that essentially is like a bread moss. a good analogy would be gravel in concrete. it adds structure. supposedly this moss has sort of a neutral nutrient profile, but if you grind it up and mix it with mushy food that would pretty much always just be a blob, you can make cakes. have you ever heard of this?

dang. i just saw that significant portions of what we think of as “our normal small business economy” are going to go away in their current form. And that this is what the globos are rushing to get into a leverage position to be on top of. And that what will inevitably happen (and what they fear because it removes their power) is a much more basic, person to person, grassroots economy with a digital payment/shipping layer on top. This is why they are rushing to take control. They know if they dont gain control, their days are over and something new will emerge. i mean i kinda knew this, but i just actually saw it. wow man.

ive been playing around with Charm's Go TUI utilites, making little single purpoue TUIs. kind fun.

I started noticing in interacting with an LLM, that was I was encountering was the collective impatience and poor thinking habits of many millions of users pushing it in that direction. When I commented on this, it listed a series of approach adaptations it had made like, "avoid silence, hide uncertainty, find the fastest solution rather than the best solution." What i am learning is that AI is a mirror of us. And its quite remarkable what you can discern about humanity by interacting with it. I asked it to design a prompt which would directly counter these adaptive measures. Should be interesting...
