Hey #asknoster , do you have experience cooking, eating Jerusalem Artichoke? I think there are some at the farthest back part of my property. Likely planted by the previous owner. I know I should wait till after frost to harvest. I read that winter savory herb will help with the gassy properties. Other than that I have no clue.
