Even if things are tight, there is richness in life. Homemade popcorn popped in ghee are a good proof of work example. Put a little time and effort into preparing it, not burning it, etc and you get a very nice snack you can season and salt the way you like. We make this a few times a week. My 9 year old has learned how to do it in a small pan with a lid 😅💜 Great way to enjoy some survival seasoning, or to create your own! 💪🔥🙏

Squats-25,25,25,26 Push ups-25,25,25,30 I have started doing this thing with the push-ups where I will do 10 with only my left foot touching and my right foot in the air, then at 10 I'll switch and put my right foot down and hold my left foot up as I'm doing the push-ups. Then at I leave both feet down to finish the last five. I don't know what mechanically this is doing, but this helped me get up to sets of 20 reliably.

For a near grill / smoker experience, an air fryer comes pretty close for small quantities. Best move so far has been to cover bird in olive oil , some salt and my seasoning and into the air fryer set for chicken. Great for the whole chicken when on sale. Pellet grills are nothing to take lightly. If it's not burning clean it's not going to be a good time. Start up is important to get right. 🔥
