Ran through an air fryer chuck roast cook as a demo - 300F the whole way about 3+ hrs and got it to the target 203F finishing temp. Removed and let it rest down before shredding. I did wrap it in foil towards the end to keep it from getting cooked around the edges. Very tasty! Not the same as off of the pellet grill, but this is definitely workingπŸ”₯πŸ’ͺ

I think I could fit three of these in my little garden space that is in progress. Missed a couple of years of planting and need to get back into the swing of things. Have had a rosemary and thyme plant growing in the ground which has been a nice little supply for us. Two kennebec towers and one Beauregard would be pretty awesome if I can get up to two harvests a year.
