Another reason I chose this venue is that it’s owned by someone who loves risograph printing and fine stationery. My inner texture otaku couldn’t resist.

For 30 years, I held a department store exhibition every month without missing one. But eventually, I realized those venues no longer inspired me. Six years after leaving that chapter behind, I’m hosting a very small pop-up event. I know attendance will probably be much lower, but I’m excited about meeting new people and creating new connections. It’ll also be my first time accepting Lightning payments. I’m curious to see how people respond. I have no idea what to expect, and that’s part of the fun⚡️ InshaAllah

During Ramadan, I didn’t feel sick even once. Honestly, I felt pretty good the whole time. No palpitations, no dizziness. Alhamdulillah. This year’s suhoor made a big difference — I kept it simple with a bamboo steamer dish every day, and my body felt so much better. MEMO: I just picked about four kinds of vegetables I like and rotated them. For dipping, I used mayonnaise (soy-based, cholesterol-free) mixed with good olive oil from Türkiye, lemon, and whole-grain mustard. I even steamed bagels with the vegetables — they turn perfectly soft and chewy. And I drank plenty of mint tea. also had oats with nuts and raisins from Afghanistan, with yogurt on top, and finished with Afghan mountain honey. Alhamdulillahi Rabbil 'Alamin
