October 7 is starting to feel like a white paper moment in geopolitics.

You can make light clients trustless (see Floresta and PoW fraud proofs), but you can't make liquidity hungry networks decentralised.

No one is claiming human shields this time, they are just killing civilians because they can.
Rubio was saying listen Israel is going to attack anyway and we will have to join later, so might as well join from the beginning....
Ah, like why?? Why the fuck do Americans owe Israel defence without questions? Who is the super power here?

They bombed a school killing 165 girls, and this time they won't even bother pretending they were "used as human shields" ... They just like to kill children, that's all.

When the US run out of capacity to blow up children on the other side of the world, they might look internally for human sacrifices
I told you, people are mad that Bitcoin isn't cozy any more and want to double down on the niche obscurity... This is not how money works folks... You can't have a niche money without state enforcement... It is a zero sum game, it is a coordination problem, you need all the scale you can ever get, because you can't enforce any.

You don't need to download the entire Blockchain if you trust a minimal amount of light clients in the wild, then you can use tried and tested techniques from Torrent and erasure codes to make sure these light clients, collectively can reconstruct the history to start mining, in the offchance that miners collectively decided to stop (which itself is catastrophic).
As long as Blockchains don't grow super linearly, and each block is small enough to propagate fast enough; all concerns about being able to run a full node is just misguided or trolling.
Please find something real to give you meaning.
I agree with all of this, and my only hope is that Devs and miners recognize it too and get their shit together and enable ANY soft fork that enables trustless bridge to a Metaprotocol.
The only possible sustainable value for Bitcoin is being the final anchor for all permissionless censorship resistant markets... If it can't do that.... Well, maybe you are better off buying productive land, because this concept that god promised Bitcoin to always go ups, is absurd.

If your slaves can't work in your factory, but are making too much noise in your library... Maybe you are better off without them?
And retards will see this and say "Good" ... Because they have this religious belief that Bitcoin is secure at rest... It is just secure because it is Bitcoin duh... No, if no one is paying fees Bitcoin will die, simple as that.
If you don't contribute to mining revenue, you are not doing anything to secure Bitcoin.

Good for Gloria, no one should endure online Bitcoiners, they are uniquely retarded to levels honestly hard to find anywhere else.
Breaking; Fiatjaf says he wants Mastodon with Namecoin Drivechain, based.

If you are a Bitcoin miner, here is some free money;

Would OP_SUCCESS (OP_CAT) be spent?
I was wondering if miners would actually steal a utxo locked with OP_SUCCESS or would they honor the intent behind it … So I locked some funds t...
