I enjoy running GrapheneOS on my Pixel 8 but I really wish we would see mobile devices running mainline Linux become normal. So far I've been lucky enough that the apps to my Credit Union, all my credit cards, PayPal & Affirm all work without having Google apps & services installed. But once those stop working and require Google services I'll be using their websites, at the point GrapheneOS has nothing over mobile Linux.

I've gotten rid of and let the domain for my ActivityPub/Fediverse instance expire. I'm going to try again to convince family and friends to join Nostr.

Damn, I must say that I am pretty impressed with myself. I bought my daughter some soap making supplies and played we played around with it a bit. I made myself a few bars of soap with a few essential oils and course ground coffee. That got me thinking about making fragrances. An assortment of oils, perfumers alcohol and refillable perfume bottles and I now have made 3 EDP's that smell very similar to 1million, Green Irish Tweed & an Eros/Coolwater. I've worn only these for the past 3 weeks and have been complemented and they last an entire 8+ hour shift at work.

My daughter has a bunch of soap and candle making suoplies. I decided to play around with some essential oils and made a couple goat milk soaps that and added coffee for exfoliating and it smells awesome. Like a mix between Creeds Green Irish Tweed & coffee.

DOOM: The Dark Ages is a good addition to the series. A bit slower paced than Eternal was but still a fun play. I actually preferred the faster paced gameplay of Eternal myself tho. Still, another banger.
