JewTube lagged since day one for like 20 years now and since day one it was saying it's my fault not theirs currently on RTX4090 ( mobile ) and 2 gigabit fiber ( actual speed 300 mbit ) it still lags and stutters as it always has and it's still telling me the problem is on my end even though i am experiencing the same problem on every computer and in every state regardless of hardware, drivers, settings or connection it is also a pure coincidence that i only have this issue with youtube and no other site also a pure coincidence that only JewTube actually has ( and always had ) a popup to inform you that the problem is on your end trust us goy - you are the problem - not us the reason we were expelled from 109 countries is a pure coincidence that people in all countries are antisemitic can't wait until the kikes go back to hell via the gas chamber portal

Not a good sign. The last time we had lots of short sales on real estate was when the mortgage bubble burst in 2008.
 yeah well this isn't news. Florida experienced an unprecedented real estate bubble during COVID because it was the only state that didn't have lockdowns. even pro-lockdown politicians like AOC of New York were enjoying mask-free life in Florida at the time. prices of Florida real estate DOUBLED in that time and once lockdowns ended and people went back north it created a vacuum with people not being able to sell their homes. Lennar ( Miami based number 2 home builder in US ) was forced to slow down construction of new homes because the demand wasn't there. this will remain the reality until the market rebalances and i knew this going in, but in the long term i am bullish on Florida.

on Piers Morgan show James Fishback asked Sophie Rain what she will do in another 15 years when her daughter is getting bullied in school because there are nude pictures of her mother all over the internet ? conservatives are so stupid they literally think the solution to bullying is not to punish the bully but to force the victim to change until the bully finds somebody else to bully instead the solution to bullying is simple - waterboard the bullies until they piss themselves if only there was an equally simple solution to mental retardation that afflicts conservatives well there is - it is called medical assistance in dying
