the way i know that is because it is too neat / convenient
like where TF did he get this axe just to "chop off" the head of a statue ? axes aren't even used to "chop" stone.
reality is the axe here is symbolic and that gives away the fact that this is AI art and not a real image.
the other giveaway is the huge Israeli flag patch on his arm. real Israeli uniforms do not have it nearly as prominent. it was made this big so that idiots this image is designed to fool do not have to think too hard about what they're looking at.
it was, of course, passed off as real on X, but the effort was wasted because only Boomers fall for AI crap like this and Boomers wouldn't even believe the real image because they "stand with Israel"

friends i have good news and bad news
the good news is my lot is allowed 260,000 gallons of irrigation water use per year
the bad news is the previous owners somehow blew past this and one of the first things i did after moving in was to double the watering times on the sprinkler system ...
my monthly bill was almost $100 for just irrigation water ( that is separate from regular water bill ) and it was only early spring. it will be getting a LOT hotter obviously and thus a lot more water will be needed.
heed my advice frens - get a house with the smallest lot possible - at least if it is in Florida where you have to run the sprinklers, fertilize and mow ALL YEAR.
expect to spend double on landscaping for a corner lot like mine because while you can neglect the backyard you are obligated by the HOA to maintain the front and with a corner lot you have "front" on 3 sides.
idiot tenants don't know how good they have it not having to worry about any of this. but not to worry - once they hit the wall they will find out what the ACTUAL cost of rent is without fuckability discounts.
