I've realized that some people are addicted to chaos. They'll sabotage anything peaceful. Create problems where there are none. Start fights for no reason. Because drama is all they know. Peace makes them uncomfortable so they destroy it.

Logic. Universal, immaterial, unchanging, binding on every mind that ever existed. Matter isn’t any of those things. If reality is just atoms in motion, where does a law come from that never changes and applies to minds that never agreed to it. Morality. Not the feeling, the obligation. A mechanism can explain why you feel something. It can’t issue a command. “This helped us survive” tells you what worked. It doesn’t tell you what’s owed. Reason itself. Evolution selects for survival, not truth. A false belief that keeps you alive works exactly as well as a true one. So trusting your own argument requires assuming your brain reliably tracks truth, using a process that was never aiming at that in the first place. I’ve spent the last 15ish years in the gym and mobility work is still the thing nobody wants to talk about. Doesn’t get you likes. Doesn’t blow up your shirt sleeves. Just decides whether you’re lifting heavy at 50 or nursing a shoulder that never healed right. Range of motion is a skill. Skills atrophy same as muscle does. Build all the strength you want on a joint that only moves through half its range, and you’ll pay for it eventually. Usually right when you’re finally strong enough for it to matter. The influencers selling volume and PRs are answering a different question. Getting big is a five year problem. Staying capable is a fifty year problem. Nobody builds a following selling the fifty year version. Do the boring work. You’ll be the guy still training when everyone else is getting surgery.

Life is strange. You arrive with nothing, spend your whole life chasing everything, and still leave with nothing. Make sure your soul gains more than your hands.

I've said it before and will say it again. You can seem like a millionaire to one person and a homeless person to the next. The ants think you are a giant and the trees don't even notice you. You think you have a boring life, but the next person might be striving for your lifestyle. Comparison is the thief of joy so stay kind and keep loving life. Life is all just a big game of perspective.
