Two excellent sermons from the pastoral candidate today, praise God. A good sermon should have: - indicatives and imperatives in balance - law and gospel - milk and meat - logos (message), ethos (relatability), and pathos (passion) ...and the above should be almost _accidental_ as one simply exegetes and applies the text. "Put us in the word, then put the word in us."
