I'm surprised as the speed we went from home baked sourdough to owning a dairy cow. If you haven't started baking your own bread yet just know that there are unexpected consequences. ๐Ÿฅ–๐Ÿ„

The vast majority of my zaps are between me and @TBone. Zapping 69 Sats back and forth on each other's posts. We say thanks and giggle every time. The smallest circular economy on Nostr ๐Ÿ˜‚

We live in a village of 500 people. One of our neighbours wrote a book and over 100 people turned up in our town hall for the launch. This is real community and I'm grateful every day for the luck of finding such a great place to live ๐Ÿงก

If you are posting picture of your homestead and the chickens are politely standing next to the veggies and not in it the garden then it's AI generated. End of story. #chickens #homesteading

My favourite part of the cheese process is when the curds and whey first start to separate ๐Ÿคฉ #curdnerds #cheese image

Oven roasted bones, water & salt. I can't see why bone broth would need anything else ๐Ÿคค What do you add to your bone broth recipe? image #homesteading #carnivore

We put our first steer in the freezer today. One we bought and raise ourselves. This is a huge level up for us. The next level up is when they are born on the farm and are processed on the farm. That is still about two years away for us with our first go of breeding happening at the end of Feb. Stacking steaks with @TBone
