I've been working really hard on bringing the soil in my veggie garden back to life. Today I feel like I've turned a corner.

Question: "Shouldn't people just buy things they can afford?"
Answer: "You don't need to afford the things you are buying Bryan. You need to afford the interest on the money you need to borrow in order to buy them."

We started a trial of fermenting our poultry feed about two weeks ago. What we've noticed in that short time is more consistent laying, slightly larger eggs, brighter yolk and better structure in the white and as a bonus they eat less of it.
All in all we are happy so far and it's been worth the little extra effort in daily feeding.
One of my new favourite things to do is ask for my AI responses in the voice of some of my favourite authors. Here an example.
AI prompt: write me a passage comparing growing cabbage to mining Bitcoin using the voice of Earnest Hemingway.
The earth is honest. You put a seed in the ground. You give it water and sun. You wait. The work is clean. The cabbage grows. It is a good thing to harvest what you have planted.
The machine is also honest. It runs on electricity and logic. It solves for the truth. The code is the only law it knows. It does not lie. It does not bend. You set it to its task and you wait. It mines not for a rock, but for a answer. A true one.
One grows from the sun and the soil. The other is built from the mind and the math. Both are earned. The cabbage feeds the body. The coin is a harvest of a new ground, a new truth. It is a thing a man can own, not held in a fist, but held in the agreement of the code. And the code is truth.
