When you are so broody that sitting on a nest isn't enough. This is the biggest excavation of a duck nest we've had so far. We think at least 8 eggs in there but she's gone full dragon mode now so we have to wait 28 days to see how many ducklings we get. Four loads of branches to process today! The windy season corresponds with spring garden turn over time. Which means when we are busy cleaning up the paddocks of fallen branches we have the bonus of fresh mulch for the veggie beds.
