Breakfast with raw vegan mini-plum jam topping....
Raw sprouted oat flakes, maca, chia seeds, pea protein powder, shredded coconut, banana, kiwi, apple, topped with almond butter, cacao nibs, pine nuts, a little maple syrup grade A and fresh plum juice-jam.
This breakfast keeps me satisfied for at least 4 to 5 hours!

Today was a very productive day ... almost every day. No matter which day it is ... I have neither television nor Netflix, etc., because my time is valuable and I love to be creative.
So: Juiced the mini plums, made grapefruit juice too, made some delicious raw crackers (still in the dehydrator), made also a batch of 500g savoury nuts and seeds in the dehydrator as well and did some writing (article already published). I hope people still read 😉
