It's definitely Monday. So much noise outside! The glass recycling is being emptied by a noisy truck, the neighbor is sawing some kind of metal, and another neighbor is mowing the lawn. I want it to be Sunday again!!! Just because it's so nice, peaceful and quiet.
I woke up super hungry today... So enjoyed an aperitif...before my fruit-bowl.

I’m in Creation Mode since early this morning. Done so much…
I’ve been making energy pearls and omelette prep... for next week. That way I'll have nutritiously lunch every day, whether at home or on the go ☺️
For today I'm making a delicious tomato sauce with raw vegetable spaghetti marinating some of the ingredients in the dehydrator first😍 The result will follow later, of course…
Also washing washing washing…and cleaning.
But now I’m taking a moment to sit in the sun 🌞 and drink a glass of pure water.
