In Canada after 5 years the interest rate changes so your mortgage amount goes up. It's bound to make you bankrupt over the long time. The whole housing market is a massive ponzi scheme to keep your enslaved and poor.

Nostr doesn't have a YouTube alternative website and the previous ones seem to have shutdown so we won't be seeing any nostr couple channels anytime soon. Is there any nostr couples npubs yet?
