Nostr build was just added to the list of paid relays. Some people may not know they have a relay but the cheapest plan on their nostr build plans gives you access to their relay. Their cheapest plan is currently valued at 18 USD per year plus they give you 5GB of media storage. That's like 1.50 USD a month. I give up on making videos for my AI made songs! it takes way too long editing the videos and video clips! I'm sticking to making songs with just a cover picture. That's good enough. All you video content creators are heros spending so many hours making videos. I'm looking forward to the day when I just upload a mp3 and the AI makes the video for me. No editing!

If you want to help make Amethyst and Zap Stream better, you can report bugs or suggest improvements on their GitHub pages. You can also message or reply to the developers on Nostr, but I find GitHub easier because issues are easier to track. Remember: if nobody reports a bug or asks for an improvement, the developers may never know there’s a problem. Reporting issues really does help improve the apps for everyone.

I like the Facebook system where you had to friend request someone before you were allowed to write on each other's posts. Facebook also had a system where you could make your profile a public. I am seeing less spam these days on nostr but it's there. View quoted note →

people should get notifications when you block them so they know how annoying they are! and profiles should also have a number in a red circle so everyone can see how many people have blocked them
