The Turkish get up. One of my favorite movements.
Try these out for reps or time, just get the blood flowing👌
And start lighter than you think- requires solid shoulder stability.

When I took this photo I had no idea the word “love” was written on the ground.
Crazy serendipity.

Two podcasts today ✅✅
Nothing lights me up like the actual act of creating something.
Bringing more play, less stress to daily life.

If you want to build on bitcoin, this is the best advice I’ve ever received.
Do permission-less work.
@npub1lax7...kzwc filmed in Prague, 2024.
2 years later I can verify, this is the way.
In the last year I’ve been paying more attention to language and the power of the words we use.
Not only do words change and lose connection to their original meaning… but also how we speak influences how we act and what we attract or push away.
There’s a classic Henry Ford quote, something like, “whether you say you can or can’t do it, you’re right either way.”
I have a tendency to frame things as a struggle, a challenge, work, etc. But like climbing a mountain, anything worthwhile in life, for example a creative project, a relationship, a business… there are highs and lows. Now that I’ve become aware of this, I am trying to enjoy the process and bring a playful mindset to everything I do.

Creativity is a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it gets.
This is one of my favorite memes.

Can’t stop thinking about this.

My favorite part of the @My First Bitcoin documentary is Kelvin’s spoken word / rap song

To me, the definition of success is waking up and feeling pulled into the day.
Mondays are just as great as Fridays when you love what you do and find purpose in your work.
Let’s have a great week 👌
Every time I post positively about Nostr on X it’s crickets. Zero response.
But the minute I complain and say Nostr is “failing miserably” I get a ton of engagement and even a response from @gladstein
The algorithm on X is designed for negativity. I don’t think Nostr is failing miserably, I understand it’s a platform not a protocol, and this little experiment is proof that we need Nostr more than ever.
I made a post today and someone commented with extremely vulgar language. Is there no way to delete or remove it from the thread? I reported the user and the post. Just kinda sucks you can’t straight up block other people from commenting on your posts…
That’s going to be a big problem as Nostr scales
@primal I’m having issues making posts and opening notifications. Is there a known issue or is it potentially on my end? Maybe related to my WiFi or something
