If you have a person in your life who supports you in pursuing your dreams/passions in life, don’t take them for granted.

Metabolic flexibility is as important, if not more so, than physical flexibility. I want to eat clean food and feel good, but also not become a slave to my diet.

Bitcoin adoption happens at the individual level. You can opt in and build on bitcoin today, even if the world isn’t yet on a bitcoin standard.

This conversation about the transition to the bitcoin standard was quite interesting: My main takeaway: Bitcoin doesn’t rely on all humans to sing kumbaya and be peaceful all the sudden. As individuals have already have the option to live in the system of abundance and love. Jeff makes the point about the actions of the people who are actively living in the bitcoin system… I really can’t agree more. Yes, there will always be bad actors but that doesn’t mean the system is corrupted.

The healthy man has 1000 problems. The sick man has just one. Treat your health like your wealth because without it, your wealth is irrelevant.

I will never sell or promote something I don’t believe in. But I will shill the heck out of products and services that I get value from and actually use. On that note, I highly highly recommend @Born To Be Free tallow skincare products. 15% off: oshi.link/C2mHb0 image

In order to improve, you must recognize that you are inadequate. Sucks but it’s just part of the process.

The Turkish get up. One of my favorite movements. Try these out for reps or time, just get the blood flowing👌 And start lighter than you think- requires solid shoulder stability.

If you want to build on bitcoin, this is the best advice I’ve ever received. Do permission-less work. @npub1lax7...kzwc filmed in Prague, 2024. 2 years later I can verify, this is the way.

In the last year I’ve been paying more attention to language and the power of the words we use. Not only do words change and lose connection to their original meaning… but also how we speak influences how we act and what we attract or push away. There’s a classic Henry Ford quote, something like, “whether you say you can or can’t do it, you’re right either way.” I have a tendency to frame things as a struggle, a challenge, work, etc. But like climbing a mountain, anything worthwhile in life, for example a creative project, a relationship, a business… there are highs and lows. Now that I’ve become aware of this, I am trying to enjoy the process and bring a playful mindset to everything I do. Just a random thought before bed. GN.

It’s always a pleasure to be the first person to spend bitcoin at a local merchant. All you have to do is ask! 90% of the time the answer is “no, and we’re not interested,” but it doesn’t hurt to ask. Bitcoin’s success depends on us using it. We are all satoshi. image
