It doesn't have to be a vacation, just get out somewhere great and take a little time away from it all. Not everyone has the option but if you can, don't wait for a week of down time. Just try to get out and work remote. This was my spot that I recorded the shows from last week. I already miss it. It does something good for the brain and the soul being out in the woods. Even if you have to remain connected, it's still a net benefit.
