Good luck to EU. I think they may be able to get some consolations out of this (pressuring regulatory breakups of monopolies like Google, etc...) but they are too integrated with GAE to gain soveriegnty in all domains. There's also the issue of whether that is even their goal. I do think 5 domains is too many. Trump distinctly made it 4 (with cyber and space being the same). Space archetecture is predominantly for cyber use and it is honestly hard to separate any exploration of space from cyber tech. humans aren't a space civilization yet and even then it would be likely treated as land in a extra-terrestrial conolization way.
