This is the recipe from LMNT. Buy the 3 ingredients and make your mix for a few cents. I like to add lime juice and just a dash of stevia.
To save time and measure more accurately, you can make 30 servings at once. Simply combine:
• 15 teaspoons sodium chloride
• 2 teaspoons potassium chloride
• 3 teaspoons di-magnesium malate
