Uncertainty and chaos are the same principle. Chaos is uncertainty. According to current quantum theory, there is always some amount of uncertainty about the state of any given system. In terms of information, the more we know about a particle's position in spacetime, then less certain we are about it's velocity. Chaos is a fundamental part of existence. It can be minimized, but it will always exist.
