The best would be to not have "likes" at all. The second best is a standard "like" action.
But I don't think that because of how X does it, I'm just calling out all the self-professed UX specialists who just copy whoever is at the top at any time and declare that to be the best, but somehow don't copy this specifically just because they are intoxicated by their love for emojis.
