There was an academic guy inside the field of distributed computing, that came up with this fancy system, and as an argument as to why it could work, he gave an example of something out of Sweden. After the presentation during the questions, another guy remarked that you can't give a Swedish example because its cheating; you can impose any system on Swedes and it will work, because Swedes are fault tollerant.
