There was an academic guy inside the field of distributed computing, that came up with this fancy system, and as an argument as to why it could work, he gave an example of something out of Sweden.
After the presentation during the questions, another guy remarked that you can't give a Swedish example because its cheating; you can impose any system on Swedes and it will work, because Swedes are fault tollerant.

I think heritage is contradicting merit-based societies. I am fully for anarcho capitalism, while denying every legal basis to heritage.
That's a strange assertion to make. I understand working to create wealth for my children, but why bust my balls to make wealth for anybody else? Your statement would not work in practice, and would make our societies a poorer place.
Listen I love it, it’s my favorite meme ideology as well and I am long term hopeful that humanity will evolve into it over the next few hundred years.

It’s not really about IQ. It’s about how easily programmed humans are, and if they are aligned with truth or have self governance. Sadly, most adults, even those with high IQ’s, are in arrested development. They’re children who want to be told what to do, believe, and think. They’re on auto pilot, lack self awareness and thinking skills. They can’t even control how much they eat, so they’re fat. It wasn’t about religion, it was about self governance, knowing humans have to save themselves because no one, not even Jesus, was going to save them. Christianity today is crowd control, false light religion. They’re a huge part of the problem. Instead of going within and finding the Christ, god and self governance within, they project and worship the satanists manufactured Jesus to be saved. It keeps them in darkness. Anything that conditions a human to think they need to be saved is of Satan. God is light, freedom and truth. Satan is darkness, slavery and lies. Most humans are aligned with Satan, unfortunately.

Have you considered that, in an ancap society, those incapable or unwilling to engage with the philosophy can still do what they do now: follow what their parents taught them? Doing that doesn't require any of the virtues you listed. Sheeple can keep sheepling along.
An ancap society would look structurally very similar to what we have now, except none of the relationships are based on coercion, and can change at any time. It will be more fluid and less rigid.

Ancapism requires those virtues less than democracy requires voters to study the candidates, parties, and policies, apply their minds to determine the best option, and then actually show up and vote.
