I'll never forget the time I spent in an Italian restaurant, I had a Sicilian boss who hated overloaded garlic. I gave him shit one day when he was told telling me to hold back on the garlic and he unloaded on me. 😂 Granted, I am a fan of excessive garlic, but apparently that's an American thing.
