If it makes you feel any better, I have also dealt with this in August. Like literally looks almost like the same picture I took when my meter got ripped out of the wall. My electrical lines were live, and hanging one inch off of the wet ground. Couldn’t even have the dogs poop in the yard. Took 5 days for the power company to finally do something. And just last week, had all three of my AC Units go out. Had to sleep one night with the air off, and I thought my wife might murder me before I woke 🤣
