What does PageRank mean here?
As in: Why's is Fabian first?
He's followed by the most amount your follows or sth?
PageRank is an algorithm to give more weight to nodes (pubkeys) that are followed, it's "global" because it's determined based on the server's knowledge of the network, not only the pubkeys involved here.
