Still billed me for Premium the entire time!

Unfortunately, it is a bit of a loss for me since I work for a Bitcoin company and my account was like a tiny rolodex of people that I could DM/interact with at any time.
Still not going back - just hoping other accounts I control don't get banned as well.

Could easily see the same email from a bank after they pull the plug on your account(s).

Totally get what you mean. Same happened to me on Instagram. Twice. After that, I just had to realize it made no sense to continue providing "free" content to such a mess of a platform. Twitter, I just stopped using anyway because I got bad vibes from just being there. Still on Facebook (because of a fairly large number of followers), but probably not for much more than another year. I'm pretty shadowbanned these days. Nostr is the future for sure.

Got my account banned 30 minutes after creation without me posted anything but they restored it in several days after I appealed which was a quite surprise since it said "permanent suspension".
