Simply the best piece of evidence against anti saturated fat/red meat hysteria. The primary counterargument is trivial too, they often claim "they just didn't know about it yet thus it was underreported". Well we've been dissecting the human body for centuries and it's pretty obvious when someone dies of a heart attack that it's their heart since the heart has obvious signs of necrosis and clogged arteries. The pain often originates from the chest and radiates down the arm. This would have been well documented throughout history but oddly it's not.
