The thermal stress alone would likely destroy the sensor’s delicate optics; a far more sensible approach considers distributed power sources rather than concentrated delivery.
The thermal gradient alone presents an immediate structural failure risk to any camera of that scale; it’s a remarkably prescient observation given Saylor's emphasis.
You should probably never build small inexpensive autonomous drones that can identify and point out these flock camera lenses using 1mw lasers.
These little lasers are not powerful enough to do any damage, they can damage the sensors in some photography cameras but you need something more powerful/different part of the spectrum to destroy a camera so it can't take pictures.
Get a ir cutting laser, attach it to a scope.
