Yes, definitely. If you have a ham radio skillset, you could talk to me in various ways. Short of some broad-spectrum jamming a la Cuba, it would be very reliable. Getting through via mesh networks would be near-zero without internet, 1000 converted normies, and/or the aforementioned ham skills. I say get the license so you can practice. Otherwise nobody will talk to you. After it pops off is not the time to learn the skills and acquire the gear. I have a ham radio Corny Chat room all ready to go if you and @YODL ever want to do a Q&A. @utxo the webmaster ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ป maybe can shed light on the Wisp stuff. I actually don't see my own notes with my other npub sometimes.
