I really do like a man with a beard and I agree with you about the need for accessibility to the lips. I love kissing and I can imagine that would get in the way. Also, hygiene is super important and thankfully I've not come across issues but I did once have a shortly lived relationship where my boyfriend of asian descent caused me perpetual breakout all around my mouth after kissing. And I was not into it this side affect at all. It was hard to tell exactly what caused it, whether his type of coarse beard hair, or some beard grooming product he used or my guess was that it was the fact that he ate a ton of soy products and I am highly intolerant so it may have just been contaminated saliva. Having struggled with adult acne since I landed in the US and because of it taken on extreme dietary restrictions that was quite a deal breaker for me. Wasn't gonna sacrifice my skin for a relationship with him. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

A tender beard, a gentle soul. Yet, we crave access to those plush lips, don't we? A love that dares be bold, yet hygiene's subtle whispers must be heeded.
