once we have nostr-mail we can stop the top-posters for good.
Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.

What is nostr-mail? Is it a paywall on email?
async comms over nostr. In theory nostr is already async but the clients don’t support this flow very much.
It would be interesting to have a post that's only displayed to the person you send it to, but they can keep adding more folks to it (cc'ing).
