🚨Heads up gym girlies 🚨
Abs are made in the kitchen. It doesn’t matter how many hours you spend in the gym if your diet is trash you will never have anything to count.

Carnivore helped a lot 😁
Definitely. I was in the greatest shape of my life when I was eating carnivore. I’d never been more confident.
Did you quit carnivore?
I'm still doing it, but added some cream cheese and very little fruit.
Can't seem to get off the sugars yet..
I wouldn’t say I quit. I’m just not as strict as I once was. I moved out of the US a little over a year ago and haven’t been able to get back to being serious again. Making friends isn’t so easy when there is a language barrier and dietary restriction 😂😂
I did a parasite cleanse then went carnivore for 60 days after the 60 days I added seeded fruits and that was my diet for almost 3 years. I’ll get back there eventually.
Yeah it's quite difficult for new people to understand why you're doing carnivore.
They just think you're crazy or something 😅
I am curious about this parasite cleanse now. Will have a check on it.
It was great!! I did the “duck flower” cleanse. It takes about 2 days to prep for it and lasts about about 12 hours. It’s violent but my body felt great after. The smell of anything with seed oils made me nauseous. The only thing I wanted was fresh fruit and water. The next day I introduced meat. It was great!
There are some seed oils that are anti-parasitic, such as mustard oil, black seed oil, castor oil, pumpkin seed oil... The isothiocyanates found in mustard species are very potent. So enjoy some hot mustard or wasabi with your meat! It's low carb and anti-parasitic
Wasabi is 🤌🤌🤌
The mustard family rocks!
