Thought that might be a panther at first glance. We have a few black ones down here.

I knew a guy that snuck up on a black bear that was trying to sneak up into his all season tent. slit its throat from behind with his hone made 16 inch blade. Channel your inner Mike if you need.
You need geese. The geese will keep the bears away. The geese can free range around your vines, they won't dig roots up like chickens will.
I looked this up to find info and, geese won't be effective long term. Eventually the bears figure out they are bluffing and ignore them whenever food is involved.
Geese die pitifully against even a fox. I've seen it, its not pretty. They're the "internet tough guys" of waterfowl.
